The Journey
CoLSARC Solutions LLC was born out of lived experience, legal knowledge, and frontline advocacy. Our founder’s personal journey—overcoming workplace trauma, disability, and recovery—sparked an unwavering promise to God: to fight for people’s rights and integrate human rights into everyday life and policy.
Empowered by family, inspired by community, and driven by compassion, CoLSARC Solutions is more than a consulting firm—it’s a mission. Rooted in the love and wisdom of generations, and guided by resilience and advocacy, we work to bring dignity, justice, and fairness to communities both local and global.
